Morrow First UMC has, for several years, received, shared, and provided medical equipment to members of our church community. Thanks to the generosity of our members, our collection has grown substantially, and we now have more equipment than we can accommodate in storage. As a result, we have several important updates to share regarding this ministry.
Access to Medical Equipment
We want to ensure that all church members are aware that these medical equipment resources are available for their use. If you or someone you know could benefit from this equipment, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Volunteer Opportunity
We are currently seeking a volunteer to help manage this valuable resource. Oversight is essential to ensure the equipment is organized, properly maintained, and distributed to those in need. If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please consider volunteering.
Sharing with Fodac.org
In addition, we are excited to announce that we will be sharing our surplus equipment with an organization called Fodac.org (Friends of Disabled Adults and Children). This organization distributes equipment to anyone and any organization in need, including free clinics. Fodac.org is very enthusiastic about receiving our excess equipment, which will benefit many individuals and groups beyond our congregation.
